Delivery Information

My shop offers two types of products: Digital Goods (PDF patterns) and Physical Goods (ready-made clothing and materials).

Digital Products

Knitting and crochet patterns are available for instant download immediately after payment is confirmed. Due to the digital nature of these files, all sales are final; returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted.

Shipping Physical Goods

All physical items are shipped from Poland with a tracking number provided for every journey.

- Europe and most other countries: Orders are typically sent via Poczta Polska.

- USA: Shipped via specialized delivery services.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your physical purchase, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

- Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 21 days.

- Refunds: I will process your refund (excluding original shipping charges) once the parcel is safely returned. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
